I have been treated by Sarah for more than fifteen years. I suffered from problems with acute back pain, spasms in my neck and pain in my forearms for more than twenty years beforehand. I had sought medical help and tried many physiotherapists and sports injury clinics, with very limited success, before considering osteopathy. I chose Sarah from a list of local practitioners on the National Register of Osteopaths.

From the outset, Sarah was completely professional in evaluating and taking on my case. She listened and made full notes of the chronology of my condition. She was sensitive to my particular needs, which included continuing to work long hours using a computer. Sarah devised a plan to take account of those. Even after that first ensuing treatment, I began to feel much better. The improvement was quite remarkable and through her sound advice, I began to make small changes in posture that helped to reduce the recurrence of acute pain.

I have seen Sarah regularly, but with decreasing frequency, as my condition improved. Although she has now moved away from my locality, I am keen to continue to be treated by her because, in my experience, she is a wonderful healer. It is no exaggeration to put on public record that treatment by Sarah has changed my life. Through her careful treatment and considered advice, I have learnt to look after myself so that I benefit from her care and get the most out of the improvements she helps to bring about.
